90 DAY WHOLE-LEADER RESILIENCE - a well-being and resilience co-hort for integrated, sustainable, whole leaders.
COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE - an ongoing drop-in relational leadership 'gym' for accountability and partnership building
CONSTELLATION NETWORK - strategic introductions to fellow local to global changemakers, social impacters and relational leaders who are waiting to know your story and your impact
A twelve month decolonized learning path that shifts and adapts to the needs of today's relational leaders. Being a relational leader requires a heart-centred approach that factors in the needs of the individual, their circle of care, and their personal rhythm of achievement and accountability. To support a whole leader, their whole self is factored into their personalized learning path.

You can be part of our global community, and the section of the curriculum that address Canada's history of colonization can be adapted to reflect the relationship you have with colonization based on where you come from.
Because AMPLIFY has four distinctly separate parts: The Leader Path (gym), First Steps (co-hort), Individual support and tutorials, plus the online program, everything in Amplify can flex with your life schedule.
We suggest 3-4 hours/week, mostly on your own time, working within your life rhythm.
Great question! Mostly, leaders who are ready to bridge their western, individualistic ways of leading with relational ways of being in the world.
PowHERhouse Turtle Island (that's us) recognizes Indigenous as the First People of this place (Canada and North America). When we say ancestral, we are speaking to the settler history of North America (and other colonized countries) and inviting and acknowledging the wisdom from places, not of North America.
